14-day money-back guarantee — Pro annual, first purchase

Your first Pro annual subscription ships with a 14-day money-back guaranteefrom the date of the first charge. If RateScope doesn’t give you useful information about your reimbursement position, email support@ratescope.co within 14 days and we will cancel your subscription and refund the first payment in full.

  • 14-day window from the date of the first charge — not the signup date.
  • No explanation required.
  • Applies to the first Pro annual purchase only — not to renewals, Pro monthly, Snapshot, or Group plans.
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer.

Monthly subscriptions and all other plans

Snapshot (monthly or annual), Pro monthly, and all Group plans are cancel-anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through the paid period; the current period is not refunded.

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee.
  • Access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
  • No partial-period refunds on monthly or annual renewals outside the first-purchase Pro annual window.

How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel, sign in and go to Account settings, then select “Manage billing” to access the Stripe Customer Portal. To request a refund under the 14-day Pro annual guarantee, email support@ratescope.co with your account email address. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
